Papa Mitchell had a birthday March 20th. Happy Birthday Grandpa!!!

Grandpa we are very glad you are doing ok. You scared us.... Be a good patient and listen to your doctors and grandma..... You'll be back up and running in no time... It was so nice to see you and grandma..

Where is Spring??

Well I have my flip flops on in hopes of some warmer weather. I have very high hopes for the first day of spring on Thursday... The boys are ready as well. They want to get out and smell the fresh air. Oh wake me .. that's me wanting them to get out and get some fresh air. I need to open windows and let all the sick bugs out. Yes, you guessed it. I was in all weekend with the sick bug passed down from my wonderful husband and my wonderful son Anthony. But all my troops were very helpful around the house as I slept..:) Thanks guys!!!!

My computer will be back tonight. Yeah!!!! I'll be able to post some new pictures. We as usual have been very busy. We have had a band concert, a spring play, baseball is starting (Al is coaching Anthony's team this year), hockey spring league will be here before we know it, end of the year hockey party, birthdays, work and school. Also trying to fit in a few friends over here and there. I know I have forgotten a few things. Who has time to be sick!!!!??

I need a vacation!!!!! No really it's being busy that keeps us going.. And we wouldn't trade a minute of it...

INDY Tournament

Well I don't have much to say . We lost all three games. The team is tired and I think ready for the season to be over. And it's OVER!! Yeah!! We now can have a short break from hockey.. Spring starts in a few weeks, along with baseball for both boys.

We had a great time in Indy visiting with the Kaz Family and the rest of our team. I think we managed to get in some sleep while we were there. Pictures to follow when I can get my computer back. It's still at the computer Dr. :(

Weekend hockey

Anthony finished up his tournament this weekend as his team went to the Championship game on Sunday. It was a very exciting game they tied 3-3 and went into a 8 man shootout. Mom was on the edge of her seat as Anthony's coach sent him out for a one on one shot with the goalie. He did a great job. He almost made it. Anthony's team ended up loosing by a goal in the shootout. His team finished 2nd in the tournament and 2nd in the league. Way to go Traders!!!!!! Anthony had a great season. He has really improved since he started this year. We are very proud of him.. Spring hockey starts very soon and so does baseball.... We are oh so busy.

Alex's team played Sunday as well, I must say it wasn't a real good game. They lost... Hopefully the team will be ready to play this weekend as we are off to Indy for a tournament. This will be Alex's last weekend to play with his team for this year., as some of the kids will have to move to the next age group for spring and next years hockey. The boys are really close and so are some of us parents, and this will be hard. But we have made wonderful friendships that will last a life time.. Baseball and spring hockey start soon for Alex too...

Hershey and Taylor are doing well. (our dogs) They were loving this weather we had this past weekend. It was 71 here on Sunday. They loved playing outside, and we loved being able to open up the house to let some of the germs out... The boys even had shorts on... Then it was back to winter coats on Monday. :( Burr!!!!! I'm ready for spring!!!!! Winter be gone!!!!!
