Anthony attended a Birthday party for his friend Will Ponder from school. It was chilly out , but they didn't mind. It was great for Anthony to see some of his buddies from school.

Boy was it a cold day for swimming. But that didn't stop the old gang from East Peoria. Ms. Christie said we were going to Dragon Land with the kids and that is exactly what we did. It didn't bother them one bit. Fun was had by all.

Today we got together with some friends from our old neighborhood in East Peoria. The Kirschenmann's ( Christie, Morgan, & Maddi ) were relocated to England last year with Christie's husband's job, he works for CAT. They moved next door to us in East Peoria when Alex was only 2. Wow where has the time gone. We couldn't of ask for better neighbors. They were GREAT!!! And I would move next to them again if ever given the opportunity. We all have had many good times together and we miss them lots... They are all having a wonderful experience in England and it was so good to see them.. We missed seeing Kolin. So please tell him hello from us.

We also got to spend time with the Hatfield gang ( Elizabeth, Miranda, Ethan, Andrew & Jack) They also lived in our old neighborhood. The Hatfield's just lived down the street from us . The kids use to love to go and see the Hatfield's. Banu always welcomed them with some kind of snack. Anthony slept in his first tent with Ethan, Andrew & there dad Mike at the age of 4 in there back yard. They even brought the TV out to the tent. Oh what fun they use to have. But we did miss seeing Banu & Mike.

The Kirschenmann's brought along some good friends, Ashley and Chelsae Gilles who live in Groveland , IL. Alex went to school with them and I think he even had a crush on one of them. It's really hard to tell them apart, as they are twins.


It was so Wonderful to see everyone. We had a great time!!!!!!!

Alex went to school and played ball with these kids in 3rd grade. It was a very tight class, and they all wish Alex was back in Williamsfield.. They all still get together every now and again. They are a good group of boys.. Alex misses them lots!!!!
