Hockey with the Satunas Boys

Well we were in Chicago last weekend for hockey with Alex. I believe we won Saturdays game and tied Sundays game. All of our weekends are kind of running together. I can't keep up. Anthony had a game at home ( Peoria, Not sure if home is Peoria, Knoxville or Chicago:)) that we attended before we went to Chicago on Sat. They won!!! GO Traders!! Uncle Alan and Aunt Bobbi got to babysit Drew Sat. He attended our hockey game with us in Chicago. I think he is a real hockey fan:) And he was such a good boy. Getting bigger every time we see him.; They don't stay little very long. But we are enjoying him lots....

This weekend we got to sleep in our own beds!!!! YEAH!!!!! Both boys had games in Peoria. Alex's team won both games, with Alex having the only goal in the first game. Way to go!!!! Anthony's team won as well. He also scored a goal for the team.. He is learning quite fast. So the Satunas boys had a GREAT weekend, but it's not over yet. Anthony has a game tomorrow in Peoria. I Think Mom and Dad will be glad when hockey season is over. We are having a good time and have made some wonderful new friends though, but it takes up a lot of our time. It is all about the boys....( Don't let them know that!!)..... Hockey is there passion. And we are so very proud of them....

Next weekend it back to the Chicagoland area for some more hockey. But we do get to attend baby Drew's Christing while we are there. Aunt Bobbi and Uncle Alan are Drew God parents. And we are so very honored. I will post more pic as soon as I have some time. It's limited these days. Hopefully I'll get a new camera for Christmas (hint , hint) and will be able to take some better pictures. My camera and I that I have now don't get along so well. Anyway, Hope you all have wonderful holidays. From our house to yours Merry Christmas!!!!!

Thursday, December 6, 2007

Hello everyone!! Sorry it's been awhile since I last updated you. The Satunas Family had a GREAT Thanksgiving hosted by Baby Drew and his parents. We ate way too much!!! Aunt Bobbi got to have Drew the whole night. ( We let mommy and daddy have a night off of Drew duty).

Then it was off to a hockey tournament in downtown Chicago the next day. The Team lost there 1st game, won the 2nd , and lost 3rd and 4th games. Alex's team ended up with 3rd for the tournament. We stayed in a hotel for the weekend. I don't know who had more fun the parents or the kids??

Anthony had a game the weekend after the tournament, and he scored his very 1st goal. Way to go Lil Tuna!!!!!!!

The boys are awaiting the trip from Santa. And mom and dad are getting ready as well. Alex has a band concert tonight. And then it's off to Chicago for a hockey weekend. Both boys have games. Well keep you updated.
