This is me and my girlfriend Tina and our boys ( They are in the same grade just like their mommies) Tina and I hung out from 6th grade all the way through High school. We had a lot of fun doing some of the Old things at the skating rink that we use to do when we were younger. Boy do my ankles hurt today....

Anthony's school had a mother/ son night at Skate Palace in Galesburg last night. We Went skating, had dinner , took pictures and most of all had a wonderful time ......

WAY TO GO GREEN PICKLES!!!!!!!

Anthony's soccer team won the championship. He had an awesome 1st year of playing soccer. He scored the first goal in the championship game... GO LITTLE TUNA!!!!! I think I might have to get one of those sign's that says " My hockey mom is better than your soccer mom" But which mom will I be??? Both!!! :)

Alex has started hockey, but no games until next week. Anthony has also started basketball, and will have games starting the 2nd week of Nov. They just keep me busy , bus y, busy...... Just the way I like it...

School is also going well for both boys. Report cards come out on Wednesday. It may be a quiet weekend for both Satunas boys, as they could be grounded for the weekend.. No, I get to look online at the grades and they both are doing really well. Anthony is reading like he has never had any trouble. Miss Diane works very well one on one with him. And he has improved so much. Alex hasn't had much homework thus far , but maybe 2nd quarter will be a little more challenging for him... I'll keep you posted on that one....

Can you believe it 's almost November????

Well Oct is almost over and we still don't know what we are going to be for Halloween. These months are flying by, soon it will be Christmas... Will I be ready?? Well my girlfriend from Ohio ( Thanks Jenny) inspired me today to just get started. Why wait?? Christmas is coming whether I'm ready or not , so I have decided to start getting ready by buying a little at a time. Then I won't be running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Well maybe I'll be doing that anyway. It's gonna be hard buying presents this year. I have NO idea what anyone wants, so if any of my family members are reading this PLEASE e-mail me some ideas. We would rather get presents that you all want instead of you throwing it in the back of a closet or something... Not to say that any of you have done that or that I have done that, but it would just help make things go a little smoother. So start sending me e-mails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Ho , Hi Ho, It's back to the Railroad we go!!!!

Well we new this was coming. Al is going back to what he does best " Railroading". We have very mixed feelings about this. Don't get me wrong , it's a good thing. But we have enjoyed him lots these last 2 years. So we will have to readjust a little. We are so very proud of him. And the really good thing is, we don't have to move. Yeah!!!!!!! Congratulation Babe on your new job!!!!! I know you are gonna be great... We love you lots!!!!

Happy 1st Birthday Drew!!!!! ( 10-17-08) Our nephew turned 1 this past weekend. Drew had lots of family and friends at his house for a GREAT party and a bears game... We LOVE spending time with this little guy. He is so much fun...

This past Monday we went to the zoo in Chicago. It 's one of Drew's favorite places to go. The boys were out of school for Columbus Day and it was a beautiful day, So off to Chicago we went. Grandma and Grandpa Satunas joined us . More zoo pictures to follow

St. Louis Blues vs. Rivermen

St. Louis Blues were in Peoria for a practice game with the Rivermen. We got sky box tickets from our good friends Alice & M'liss . Thanks! Alex loved seeing his favorite hockey team without traveling so far. Mom liked that too. :)
